My Story
Some years ago, over a long span of time I had a series of dreams that seemed to be unrelated. I included them in a dream log I was keeping because they were unusually vivid and “real”. Though I didn’t realize it at the time I logged them, they were all about Brazil-- and every one of them eventually “came true” while I was living in Brazil.
These dreams are recounted in the section of my book, Z: Beyond the Xingu, referred to as Sylvia’s chapters. There were others, all of which came to pass in reality, but I chose not to include them in the book as they appeared to be less relevant.
One of the most significant of all of the dreams was one in which a group of Indians appeared to me, asking for help. “We are the Xavante,” they said. “Will you help us?” I had never heard of this tribe, and from the sound of it I thought the word might be written “Shivanti”. It was only much later that I came across this tribe’s name when talking about Fawcett with a FUNAI agent in Brasilia.
